StyleArc Retail

₹1.7 crore in shrinkage recovered by month six.

The Challenge

StyleArc operated 12 high-footfall fashion stores across Mumbai with inventory shrinkage running at 3.2% of revenue, well above the 1.1% industry benchmark. CCTV coverage existed but loss events were only discovered during end-of-day reconciliation, long after the individual had left the premises.

The Solution

Monutus deployed on existing cameras across all 12 locations with concealment behaviour detection, queue analytics, and real-time alert delivery to in-store security tablets. No new hardware. Two-week calibration period. Live from week three.

"We recovered ₹18 lakh in month one. By month six we had crossed ₹1.7 crore. The ROI is beyond what I expected when we signed the contract."

Priya Sharma, VP Operations, StyleArc Retail

Precision Parts Ltd.

Zero recordable incidents over 18 months. A ₹28Cr OEM contract retained.

The Challenge

Precision Parts supplies precision machined components to two major automotive OEMs whose supplier codes of conduct require zero recordable safety incidents. In Q3, Precision Parts logged 12 near-misses, triggering a compliance audit and placing their primary supply contract at risk. Manual PPE spot-checks, conducted twice per shift, were insufficient.

The Solution

Monutus was deployed across all four production zones and the loading bay, 18 cameras total. PPE detection (helmets, safety glasses, high-vis vests, steel-toed boots) was configured per zone. Supervisors received shift-start compliance briefings automatically. Real-time alerts went to zone supervisors and the EHS head simultaneously.

"We had 12 near-miss incidents in Q3. The following quarter: zero. The quarter after that: zero. Monutus caught every PPE violation before it became an accident."

Rajesh Menon, Head of EHS, Precision Parts Ltd.

Parking & Logistics · LPRBengaluru, India

Gulf ParkOp

99.3% LPR accuracy across 6 facilities. Manual gate staff eliminated.

The Challenge

Gulf ParkOp manages six commercial parking facilities in Bengaluru serving a combined 4,200 bays. Gate processing relied on barrier-and-ticket systems with human attendants, creating peak-hour queues of 8–12 minutes, high error rates in permit verification, and a payroll cost that was the single largest operating expense.

The Solution

Monutus LPR was deployed at all entry and exit lanes across all six facilities, integrated with their permit management system via API. The whitelist/blacklist logic runs locally, gate barriers are triggered in under 500ms, and permit exceptions are routed to a central operations desk rather than individual attendants.

"The 99.3% accuracy figure is from our own audit, not Monutus's marketing. We run weekly quality checks. The system has not dropped below 98.8% since go-live."

Ahmed Al-Rashidi, Operations Director, Gulf ParkOp

Healthcare · Infection ControlBengaluru, India

Meridian Hospitals

89% hand-hygiene compliance. 31% reduction in HAI incidence.

The Challenge

Meridian's three-hospital group had hand-hygiene compliance rates of 51%, measured using the traditional observed-auditor method, which is known to inflate scores due to the Hawthorne effect. Their actual compliance in unobserved conditions was estimated at 35–40%. Hospital-acquired infection rates were above national benchmarks.

The Solution

Monutus was deployed on an entirely on-premise infrastructure, with no patient data leaving the hospital network. Handwashing stations across all three hospitals were monitored for technique (not just dispenser contact), duration, and zone-entry/exit compliance. Daily compliance reports were delivered to infection control leads and ward heads automatically.

"Monutus was the only platform that could meet our data governance requirements and still deliver the analytics depth we needed. Everything runs on our own servers."

Dr. Kavya Nair, Chief Information Officer, Meridian Hospitals
